The Beauty Cabin Canada Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://thebeautycabin.ca (the “Site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the return of purchased items from our online store.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

30 days

Items purchased from us can be returned if found defective, damaged, or the incorrect item was sent within 30 days of the date of purchase. For incorrect orders, the packaging must be in original condition and no seals broken.

Some products may not qualify for returns or refunds due to the nature of their use. These items include but are not limited to false eyelashes, press-on nails, nail lacquers, gel polishes and base coat/top coat products.

Refund Payment

Concerning damaged, incorrect or faulty items the first option is to replace the item with one in proper condition or correct SKU. If a monetary refund is the only solution you will have the choice of store credit or a refund which will be paid by cheque and mailed to your physical address.

Gift Cards

There are no refunds on gift cards.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital information there are no refunds on these products which include online education courses and tutorials.

Shipping & Handling

If you wish to return an item that isn’t damaged, faulty or the incorrect item has shipped to you, it is the purchaser’s sole liability to pay for all costs in returning the item to our store.
